11th Day of Advent – Christmas According to Humphrey by Betty G. Birney

Title: Christmas According to Humphrey

Author: Betty G. Birney

Published: 2012

Christmas through the perspective of Humphrey, an intelligent little Hamster, is a very amusing thing, and this book expresses his entertaining thoughts on the season, fantasticly. We see him guide his classmates through difficult circumstances. We see him and his contribution towards the Winter Wonderland Play and overall some very unique thoughts on Christmas – according to Humphrey. A wonderful children’s book – but great for adults, too. This book is also called ‘Winter According to Humphrey’ so if you are inspired to go out and buy this book and suddenly see ‘Winter’, don’t buy them both!! It is the same story in each.

I tried the bird-pattern and earlier snowflake instructions, and both worked out fabulously. I loved the book review and I am asking for this book for Christmas!
